The RiverSoftAVG ANNOUNCEv2 library now supports aspect-ratio for portrait or landscape orientation. We also greatly reduced the memory consumption of the ANNOUNCEv2 library. Thanks to everyone who made these improvements possible! In addition to the improvements listed above, the RSCL-SVG and RSCL-SFM also added automatic resolution independent rendering of text. The RSCL-SVG library also added support for added multiple-color text. Lastly, the RSCL v2.0 library added support for designing various modern UI controls for Delphi, C++, and Access.
The Image Engine DSL for Delphi now adds greater flexibility to the Inference Engine toolkit through four new methods, and closes over five existing methods. With these new methods, you can take advantage of the availability of reality-aware information in Intelligent Inference Engine products, as described in previous blog posts. Besides increasing flexibility, this also spares you the work of completing the connection between your expert system and the Inference Engine. Instead of creating a new connection, simply add these new methods to the conclusions already existing in your expert system.
I have lots of questions about the update. Why do I see \"(62864)\" when i check the file size of the file at the end of the update? Is this for Delphi 2010 or Delphi 2007? I have all the variables correct (FileLocation, InstallDir). Thanks for your help, David
This is correct. The patch is adapted to the new runtime lib directory structure. The most important file is runtimecom.xml, which in XE5 is in lib$(Platform)$(Platform).
Yes, XE5 does not yet have registry keys for the new runtime lib. I will reserve updating the documentation before the August 2014 RTM of XE5. See the second update to the final release of the runtime library in the next few days. 7211a4ac4a
